We specifically use a market-leading synthetic slate tile manufactured by Tapco

Our roofs are in high demand due to the quality and insulation values so we do get quite booked up, however, from the time of order you can typically expect to have your new roof fitted within 8 to 10 weeks

Every roof we install is hand-made for your particular conservatory – No copy and paste from a factory here! – a typical conservatory will take 2 to 3 days for the initial build. Don’t worry we would look to have the roof covered on the first day to protect you from the elements. We would then follow up with an electrician for half a day and a plasterer for a full day. We try to keep these trades as close as possible, however, that is not always possible but typically all works can be completed in 7 working days.

Upon placing your order we would take a deposit for the works of 35%

We are passionate about after-care and making sure our customers are enjoying their new roofs long after the installation process. If there every was an issue we could arrange a service visit from one of our teams to investigate further. Our operations team are also on hand in the office for any questions or queries and your roof benefits from Solicons 10 year warranty*

All of our roofs are made in excess of building regulations including our U-value the strength and also the ventilation Requirements. If you require a certificate to prove the regulations have been satisfied we manage that process for you as well and we are partnered with London Building Control who will check each installation as required.
